- Contact Info: Name and mobile number, collected solely for authentication and Advocate communication.

- Storage: Petitioner identities are stored in an isolated, encrypted database accessible only to the Chief Legal Officer.
- Evidence Vault: Files are stored in a secure cloud environment with time-limited access tokens.
Information Sharing
Strict "Need-to-Know" Basis
We never sell or trade your data. Disclosure is limited to:
- Assigned Advocate: To prepare your legal defense.
- Judicial Bodies: The High Court or Magistrate, strictly for filing petitions.
We do not share details with local police without a court order.
Retention & Deletion
Right to be Forgotten
Case data is retained for the duration of legal proceedings plus a statutory 3-year audit period.
- You may request permanent deletion of your personal data at any time via your dashboard.
- Upon deletion, all digital footprints are scrubbed from our active servers.
